Scaddabush: Italian Cuisine

Scaddabush is located at 209 Rathburn Rd at Square One, the heart of the city. This rustic Italian eatery has stylish decor pieces, an open kitchen, and an island where staff prepare pizza and other goods up close. The restaurant is all about the atmosphere that it tries very hard to maintain. Servers are allowed to have their long tresses out, despite the obvious threat that may pose. You are sure to see servers rocking the 'man-bun,' as well as an attractive Asian fella with full sleeves and chest of tattoos. It all comes together to create the critical atmosphere Scaddabush depends on to get customer back in their doors. The restaurant just feels like a place one wants to be. But when you grade those layers away like mozzarella, you start to see the restaurant for what it is, over exaggerated.
