168 Sushi: Japan Buffet & Bar
Don't let the name fool you, 168 Sushi isn't just amazing sushi, there's also a wide variety of other food choices. Aside from the fact that a few sushi rolls fell completely apart as I was picking them up with my chopsticks, I'd still say that the food was incredibly enjoyable. Walking in alone gives you a warm and welcoming presence, which I personally feel is a major factor in any overall positive experience. Instead of getting up continuously and making your way through crowded buffet lines and awkwardly bumping into a bunch of random people, 168 Sushi avoids all of those issues by having iPad's where you can select all of the items you want and simply confirming your order. Shortly after, all the food your table selected gets handed to you from 168 Sushi's staff. Speaking of the staff, that's probably the one thing about 168 Sushi that I would change. Most of the staff members I've ever come across at 168 Sushi come off as either crabby or just rude in general. Even though I ordered crab rolls, doesn't mean that a want my waitress to have a crabby attitude to match, thanks but no thanks! I don't want to deal with anyone's dirty looks or judgements of what I want to order or how much of it I want, I can't say this enough but I. JUST. WANT. MY. FOOD. I am paying for it after all, so don't be miserable. I mean come on, at least try to be somewhat happy at least. Based on my experience, I give 168 Sushi a 7.5/10 for the great food, but terrible staff experience.
